How and when do I receive my rental income?
Owner disbursements are processed after rent is collected and any approved expenses are accounted for. Payments are typically made via ACH direct deposit on a consistent schedule. -
How is rent collection handled?
We encourage tenants to pay rent online through their secure resident portal, though other methods are available. Late rent is addressed promptly in accordance with lease terms and Arizona landlord-tenant law. -
What is the typical lease term?
Most lease agreements are for a 12-month term, though we can customize the duration based on market conditions and your preferences. -
How much do you charge for the security deposit?
Security deposit amounts generally reflect the monthly rent and comply with Arizona’s legal limits. Factors such as tenant qualifications or property condition may influence the amount. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and the home is ready to lease. In many cases, onboarding can be completed quickly. -

Security deposits are held in a designated Trust Account, in accordance with Arizona law. This ensures proper handling and compliance throughout the lease term.
